12 Senate Democrats Release Crypto Regulation Framework, End Party’s Public Silence

Twelve Senate Democrats including Mark Warner, Kirsten Gillibrand, and Cory Booker released a unified crypto regulation framework Tuesday, ending months of public silence on digital asset legislation while specifically targeting President Trump’s crypto involvement by proposing to block elected officials from issuing or profiting from digital assets and requiring bipartisan oversight at SEC and CFTC.
